Your 30 days
If myAVA isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll return what you paid. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, and to renewals within the same 30-day window.
How to request a refund
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- email us at support@myava.app and we'll arrange it for you.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and are returned to your original payment method. Their refund policy also applies.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your recorded hours, receipts and summaries remain readable and downloadable afterwards.
